HR Specialist
WESTERN POST (US) is seeking a resourceful individual with the initiative to join our team as an HR Specialist! We are seeking someone who can collaborate with a team and thrive as an individual with enthusiasm and positive energy.
The duties of the HR Specialist include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing our recruitment and onboarding process. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
General Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule new hire orientations, training, tour.
- Revamp and maintain new hire process.
- Purchase office supplies when needed.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Oversees compliance with benefits, wage and hour, policies, and applies other laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Provides guidance and leadership to the organization to assist with the resolution of employee relations, compensation, and benefits questions.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: one-year relative experience preferred.
Bilingual- English and Mandarin preferred.
