Red Cap Plumbing & Air is seeking to add an HVAC Comfort Advisor to our team. Your job as a comfort advisor will be to help increase the value and comfort of a our customer's homes by presenting estimates and opportunities. Candidate must have previous HVAC experience.

Responsibilities:
- You will run 3-4 leads per day making sure to spend 2-3 hours at a customers’ home
- While at the customers’ home, you will determine their needs and provide multiple solutions to solve the issue
- During the sales presentation you will inform customers of special promotions, potential benefits of various equipment and give several different options to choose from
- You will need to keep accurate and applicable documentation including different forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Above all, you will represent the customer in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards.
- This position requires previous HVAC Sales experience & knowledge of the HVAC industry
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
