Commercial Mechanical, an established and respected HVAC service contractor is looking for an experienced commercial HVAC service technician to join our Salt Lake City team. This is a career position with full benefits and a retirement package.

Service technicians are the heart of our business. Our technicians inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC equipment and related components. As representatives of Commercial Mechanical, they are the primary contact between our customers and our company. We have a robust in-house training program to ensure our technicians skills are always kept in tip-top shape. Our technicians are highly skilled in diagnosis, repair, and customer service.

Summary of Job Functions and Equipment:

Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, rooftop and package units , split systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, server room AC equipment, BAS controls, fan coils, condensers, air compressors, pumps, exhaust fans, variable frequency drives, variable refrigerant flow, and humidifiers.

Summary of Compensation and Benefits:

Journeyman wage scale starts at $40.88 per hour.

Summary of Qualifications:

Graduate of a certified technical school and 5 years of experience is Preferred.

Must have an EPA card and a valid driver s license.

Must be team player with a positive can do attitude.

Must pass background check and drug screen
