THE COMPANY:
Chesterfield Service is a family-owned and operated heating/cooling, major appliance repair and plumbing company. We have been serving the West St. Louis and St. Charles County Areas since 1976.
We are looking to expand our growing HVAC division and need your help to do so! We are offering TOP PAY for an experienced Installation HVAC Installer to join our team.

TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years of HVAC combined experience for Installation
- Refrigeration License
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional skills of HVAC installation process and execution
- Thorough knowledge of equipment, tools, and methods commonly applied in repairing and maintaining air conditioning and heating equipment
- Excellent ability to explain technical information to clients in a way they will understand
- Positive attitude and intrinsic motivation
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check
