Job description
Install HVAC systems including Split-Systems, RTUs, VRF’s and IAQ systems on a commercial scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install commercial HVAC equipment.
- Install refrigerant piping systems.
- Route low voltage wiring as required for systems.
- Install sheet metal duct systems for equipment.
- Start-up commercial HVAC equipment
- Inspect HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry or a minimum of 3 years providing maintenance and service on HVAC equipment.
- EPA certification
- On call availability
- Physical activities include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders, walking and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are required.
