Job description
Motor City Heating & Cooling is seeking an installer to join our crew. Applicants do not need direct HVAC experience, but should have either certification from a trade school (NW Tech, Dorsey, etc) or related mechanical/trades experience (Apartment maintenance, plumbing, etc). We will train those willing to learn on the job.
Applicants can expect to work on multi-family housing rehab projects which include replacing 50 to 150 furnaces, air conditioners, and water heaters on a given project. This is a great opportunity to get consistent experience with a competent contractor that has been in business for nearly 50 years.
Pay range is based on experience. Benefits include health insurance after 90 days of employment. Paid holidays, sick days, paternity/maternity leave, and vacation is established after one year of employment.
