Job Title: 06A HVAC Service/Install Technician
Pay depending upon current certifications & licenses
AirPro, LLC is a start up Heating & Cooling company that is serving the Spokane, North Idaho and the surrounding areas. We are customer focused and warranty all our work, service and installations. We are currently looking for an Experience HVAC Service/Install Technician to Estimate jobs & join our growing team. AirPro is a sister company to Comfort Systems of Montana, located in Bozeman, MT. and is an organization that has been in business since 1999 and is a staple within the community.
We offer 60% company-paid Medical insurance as well as Dental and Vision, Paid Sick/PTO, Paid Vacation, Company Vehicle, Company Phone, Company Uniform and spiffs for high earning potential. Tool Account, 90 day Review and annual reviews are conducted and you would be eligible to increase in compensation.
Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, some weeknights and weekends when on call.

Pay Scale: DOE + Spiffs + On Call Stipend
Position Summary: To provide maintenance, repairs, and installs on commercial and residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards and a commitment to providing our customers exceptional quality service. This position will be responsible for sales of both HVAC equipment and IAQ products.
L&I 06A Low Voltage License required for this position.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must have 06A License
  • Must have EPA Universal
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean, insurable driving record
  • Pass background screen
  • Travel to different locations daily to perform Sales, Service or Installation calls
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience making repair and replace decisions
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
  • Practical Knowledge of air balancing principles, gas pressures and other techniques
  • Possess the necessary tools needed to perform the services required
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • ave the ability for overnight out of state travel
  • Qualifications desired: Universal EPA, MECH1, NATE, 3+ years' experience
