We have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our client in Cork.

Your new employer:

• Leading Irish Engineering consultancy in Cork.
• 40 years of presence in the region.
• Major clients include pharmaceutical, data centre, biopharma and med device industries.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of project delivery to the satisfaction of all stakeholders and work scope.
• Project scheduling and progress reporting and resource management.

• Procurement of resources, equipment and materials, subcontractors and personnel.
• Project commercial management (cost, budget etc.)
• Successful management of the clients.
• Provision of monthly project reports to project director.
• Ensuring work is done in accordance to building and safety codes.
• Recruitment and management of subcontractor and suppliers.
• Management of HSQE on site.

• Raising and managing RFI’s.
• Liaison with both Design and Construction professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Mechanical, HVAC, Structual etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering consultancy.
• Experience working with HVAC projects in highly regulated industries is a must.
• Irish/EU Passport
• Leadership experience.
