Experienced Residential Career HVAC Service Technician!

Blue Mountain Service Technicians are responsible for inspecting and providing necessary service and repair to residential heating and air conditioning systems. They are responsible for performing new customer trouble calls, maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs. Technicians must be technically skilled, detail-orientated, and have excellent communication with customers and office. Technician must prioritize customer satisfaction and safety.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on air conditioning systems, furnaces, coils, and compressors
- Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records
- Complete all tasks in accordance with Moore Home Services quality and safety standards
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
- Meet sales goals and metrics
- Experience in setting furnaces and air conditioning units
- Hands-on experience in brazing, zoning, mini splits, heat-pumps.
- Experience with all types of HVAC systems and how each component within the system operates; Experience with overall operations of the system as a whole.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
- Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Results-driven
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
- Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
- Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
- EPA Universal Certification
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
