Qualified application must possession
- Experience servicing HVAC systems is a plus
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail with an ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time
- Lift up to 150lbs, be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items, carry ladders, work in small crawl spaces, work in high places
- Must be neat and organized
- Strong work ethic- motivated
- Must be team oriented and share common goal to ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to pass drug screen as required by company
- Clean background screening required by company
- Clean DMV report
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid SSN
