Pay

• $90,000 - $175,000 Average Annual Pay (based on experience)

  ️ Responsibilities

We are looking for highly technical and professional commercial/residential service technicians to join our team. The essential role of the HVAC Service Technician is to provide general repairs, and services for new and existing clients. Candidates should have extensive experience with various types of HVAC equipment, and boilers must be able to interact with clients in a professional manner, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision. Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems and boilers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with the dispatcher to ensure the schedule is maintained.
  
• Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make model, serial number, type of fuel, and pictures as necessary.
• Assist clients in evaluating repair vs. replacement options.
• Assist in generating and scheduling a replacement.

• 2-5 years' experience in HVAC service
• EPA certification preferred, not required
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
• Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education.
• Experienced in forced hot air / Hot water systems
• Plumbing experience a plus, but not required
• Must be able to consistently lift and carry 50-75lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the US
