Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing a memorable experience for each customer
• Running warranty calls and report cause of warranty calls to manager.
• Attending weekly meetings with management to discuss warranty calls and any charge back to techs.
• Meeting with techs to be charged and discuss why along with manager.
• Informing management of material issues in the field
• Suggesting training topics to prevent warranty calls from happening.
• Diffusing customer concerns
• Running regular service calls when needed

Physical Demands:

• Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:

• 5 years minimum of residential HVAC experience required
• Good driving record and current valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Being genuine and personable is a must!
• On-call rotation
• Must bring own tools & know how to utilize them.
• Well-groomed and maintain neat appearance.
