Position Overview

• Responsible for supporting the Solutions & Services product marketing organization with invaluable data analysis and general administration duties.
• The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: billing administration, collection and consolidation of paperwork, creation of pricing announcements, reporting and data analysis, facilitation of issue resolution, etc.
• This position requires a keen eye for identifying root causes and an ability to map out systematic solutions.
• This position requires significant cross-functional engagement; the right candidate will have strong communication skills and will be adept at tackling a challenge, formulating a process to solve said challenge, and engaging colleagues as necessary to resolve the challenge.
• In certain circumstances, this person will be responsible for completing tasks related to a pressing customer concern – a sense of urgency to resolution will be required.
• Reporting to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Services & Solutions
