At Wellbrook Health, we help children and families with their mental health needs. We provide outpatient therapy for a variety of behavioral health conditions.

We are hiring patient care advocates who are passionate about client care and committed to clinical excellence. We are only considering Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for this position._ All qualified candidates must complete both Indeed's Patient Privacy and Attention to Detail assessments in order to be considered for the position._

We are seeking Patient Care Advocates to join our care team who are fluent in Spanish. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Communicate with patients, pharmacies, referral sources, hospitals, and therapists to ensure patient needs are being met
  • Schedule patients for appointments and and assisting with questions or concerns
  • Assist providers in obtaining medical records, sending lab orders and prescription issues
  • Obtain prior authorizations from insurance companies and send/collect patient invoices
  • Provide referral information (if applicable) to patients upon discharge
  • Act as liaison between patients and psychiatric providers if needed
