Skills & Job Responsibilities:

Skills needed:

• Must have hands-on experience in RSA IGL (Identity Governance and Life Cycle) system Prefer hands-on experience in administering IAM infrastructure.

• Experience in managing RSA IGL-hosted infrastructure is desirable Experience in generating IAM Reports using RSA IGL, Oracle, SQL, and PowerShell scripts Hands-on experience with Identity and access management best practices and procedures. e.g., Identity management, user onboarding, User Access Reviews, terminations, etc. Knowledge of active directory user management Privileged account management and experience in CyberArk are desirable

Qualifications & Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years (over degree requirements) of progressively responsible experience in compliance (such as NERC or SOC2), RBAC identity and access management, privileged account management

Technical skills needed:

• RSA IGL technical experience Active Directory CyberArk - Privileged account management Oracle / MS SQL Power Shell MS Office Suite

Education:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
