Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $43300 - $57400 / year

Responsibilities

• Process Level 1 (front line) verifications by trusting player identities.
• Ensure all KYC information and documentation are collected within the prescribed time frame.
• Review documentation related to identity verification to ensure iGaming guest accounts are created successfully.
• Assist customer support with guest inquiries.
• When necessary, assist Level 2 Associates with other verification screenings, including but not limited to geolocation, deposits, and withdrawal of funds.
• Conduct daily reviews of wagering activity to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and suspicious behavior.
• This position will have rotating weekend coverage as part of their shift.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of complaince experience, ideally in iGaming or Gaming industry.
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• Understanding of gaming payment processes.
• Self-motivated, analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
• Investigative curiosity with strong organizational skills.
• Competence with Zendesk & Microsoft Office product suite, a plus.
• Flexibility to work occassional weekends.
• Experience working in an environment where both individual and team goals are met or exceeded routinely.
