Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Imaging Assistant, you will join an amazing team who pride ourselves in knowing that our employees are compassionate, kind and deliver high quality, patient centered care. We are looking for someone to join our team that works hard to support each other where the patients are the center of all we do.

In this role:

• You will under the direction of the Imaging Director, perform the office procedures, processing and recording of patients, along with the registration of patients utilizing the EPIC system.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all phases of the admission process are completed in an accurate and timely manner in order to guarantee that all processes are conducted according to state, federal and corporate regulations.
• You will provide patients with directions to the department where treatment will be rendered or personally transport the patient if needed.
• You will be responsible to provide a friendly and compassionate environment in keeping with the “care like family” mission of the hospital.
• You will demonstrate professional behavior with staff, patient and physicians so as to maintain an environment of above average satisfaction for patients and coworkers.

What qualifications you will need:

• Organization, communication, good judgement, interpersonal skills, PC skills, are a must.
