Implementation Analyst


As a member of the iCREF Implementation Team, this position provides technical and administrative support for the implementation of the iCREF software suite for our clients. This position will be responsible for assisting with monitoring and maintaining Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Capital Program Management (CPM), Energy & Engineering and Regulatory Compliance modules within iCREF, client implementation support, data collection and preparation, and iCREF Operations overall support.


Core Responsibilities

  • Supports and audits all elements related to the iCREF software suite
  • Provides support in overseeing the schedule, budget, resources, on-time delivery and successful iCREF implementation for our client
  • Assists with maintaining contractual project scope for our client
  • Provides support in proactively gathering information to understand client’s needs and appropriately set expectations with the client
  • Assists with client data collection and manipulation to prepare files for software upload
  • Assists with go-live management tasks and serves as a liaison between the client and customer support team throughout the implementation period
  • Provides post-implementation operational support (60 days) for our client
  • Oversees formal handoff of iCREF and operational services to our Customer Support/Success team
  • Provides support for change management process within iCREF (changes, additions, tasking, etc.)
  • Ensures data integrity and security, consistent with CREF and the client’s corporate policies
  • Communicates concerns and associated recommendations with iCREF application to the Product Development team; collaborates to implement approved recommendations
  • Researches and identifies latest/emerging technology, i.e., Sensors, IoT that can be embedded in iCREF
  • Assists with quality assurance and beta testing new functionality of iCREF before it is released
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards
  • Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment
  • Performs all duties in a safe manner
  • Performs other job-related duties as requested

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer technology preferred and three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Database management experience preferred
  • Prior experience in IT/software support or facility maintenance support preferred
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Teams required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff, management, and customers
  • Problem solving and innovative resolution ability and the ability to be a highly effective team member are required
