NPPG has partnered exclusively with People*Strata on their search for Implementation Specialists. As the embedded talent team for NPPG, we provide white glove service throughout the candidate experience.

NPPG (https://www.nppg.com/https://www.nppg.com/) is an independent third-party administrator that offers employee benefits, retirement planning, actuarial consulting, and fiduciary services. We are currently looking to add several full-time Retirement Plan Implementation Specialists to our Implementation department in Shrewsbury, NJ. POSITION TITLE: Implementation Specialist (Retirement Plans)

POSITION LOCATION: Shrewsbury, New Jersey

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process retirement plan paperwork
  • Enter data using NPPG's proprietary database and plan administration system
  • Process files by established deadlines
  • Maintain clients' electronic and paper files
  • Perform web-based and proprietary system administration
  • Provide exemplary service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving problems promptly
  • Coordinate new account set up with provider(s)
  • Complete, create, update, and submit reports and management logs
  • Participate in special projects
  • Collaborate with and assist teammates

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability and willingness to work in the Shrewsbury, NJ office every day
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative and/or customer service experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally work on weekends and/or late during the week, based on business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and provide quality customer service
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Experience successfully managing time, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates degree in business, accounting, or another relevant field
  • Experience working for a third-party employee benefit and retirement planning administrator
  • Proficiency in and/or experience processing retirement plans
  • Experience with Relius Administration System or a similar tool
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
