As a Home Health Aide you will experience an environment where you are provided with meaningful opportunities for a career in the rapidly growing home care industry.
As an in-home Caregiver with Fresh Perspective Home Care, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch care to the clients you are assigned to wherever they may call 'home'. Each client has a custom care plan that you will go over with your supervisor prior to shift assignment as the care provided will vary based on your client placement. Caregiver responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Personal care assistance
- Laundry and linens
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and conversation
- Medication reminders
- Exercise and mobility
- Meal and snack preparation
- Record keeping
- Respite care
- Accompany to appointments

Requirements
- Previous Caregiving experience preferred but not required
- GED or High School diploma
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Fully insured reliable personal transportation
- Ability to lift - up to 40 lbs and perform the duties of the position
- Exhibit mature responsible behavior and uphold the patient confidentiality requirement.
