The Grapevine is a small business in Henrico, VA. We are professional and agile.

Our company is currently hiring fun, charismatic bartenders to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates for this position have an intricate knowledge of liquor and drink recipes and exceptional customer service skills. Bartenders at The Grapevine work in an exciting and energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare drink orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Make sure that the bar is stocked and clean.
• Know how to mix cocktails.
• Handle unpleasant and difficult customers.
• Protect the bar from theft and other losses.
• Keep liquor and beer costs under control.
• Keep track of how much alcohol has been consumed by the customers.
• Operate the business according to applicable laws.
• Valid driver's licesnse with a clean driving record
• Coordination of mobile bar events
• Some administrative duties
• Keeping up with event details, contacting and providing information to people who are interested and who have booked events, create contracts, etc.)

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
