Skill set and educational requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 year of sales and/or customer service experience
- A high school diploma, or GED
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong follow through
- Enjoys speaking on the phone.
- Proficient in Google Documents (Sheets, Doc’s, Drive)
- Proficient in, or able to learn the Green industry software
- Proficient in typing and must be capable of typing at least 40 WPM
- Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
- Understands company structure and knows key personnel for directing telephone inquiries.

- Requires minimal supervision
- Self Motivated
- Able to deal with difficult clients, over the phone and email
- Is a problem solver, and who can think on their feet, and outside of the box, but knows to not give false information

- Is able to follow through without intervention
