The Behavior Intervention Program (BIP) Supervisor is a dual role; serving both as a behavior intervention subject matter expert, as well as overseeing the work and deliverables of the SPYS BIP team. The BIP Supervisor will provide BIP Specialists with support and resources, while also working one-on-one with students exhibiting adolescent behaviors who will benefit from redirection, de-escalation strategies, and restorative practices and their families to determine appropriate and effective interventions that will ensure success in school and their community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
