West-Central Independent Living Solutions (WILS), a company which empowers people with disabilities to live independently, is seeking full-time Independent Living Case Manager to join our team working from our Warrensburg office. Candidates must be committed to the independent living philosophy, diversity, and serving the needs of a diverse population. Individuals must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. Essential functions as an Independent Living Case Manager include coordination and case management of services, maintaining data regarding service assessments, and providing assistance and referrals to people with disabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field of study. Relevant case management experience may be substituted for education. This is a non-exempt position at a rate of $16.00 per hour plus a $500.00 sign on bonus upon the successful completion of your first 30 days.
