Industrial Maintenance Technician – Day Shift
$34.81 per hour + benefits
Lawrence, IN
Working at a brand new site, you will have responsibility for maintaining and repairing highly automated machinery. Given it is a new site, you will be involved in the sites implementation.
This role is working a Panama schedule (2, 2, 3) on 1stshift completing 12.5 hour shifts, 05:00am - 17:30pm. Alongside the salary, you will also receive 401k matching, medical, dental and life insurance, as well as a profit share scheme and a 3-week PTO allowance.
Resident Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems, packaging machinery and sortation equipment.
- Work on motors, belts, rollers, gearboxes, VFD’s, sensors & photo eyes.
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
- Involved in continuous improvement projects focused on the asset care of machinery.
Experience & requirements for the role:
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician/Technician role.
- Eligibility to work in the USA.
- Worked on PLC systems, sensors, motors, inverters, control panels, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes previously.
- Worked in an Industrial Maintenance setting.
