Job description
The Information Technology Analyst II manages, maintains and improves data environments related to franchise management systems and data analysis platforms. They also aid in all phases of technical operations in support of Franchisees and Support Center team members in their mission to build restaurant sales and profits, while adding value to the Culver's brand.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide support for franchisor and restaurant systems as needed, to include collaborative services using Microsoft 365
  • Perform day-to-day technology management of endpoint devices and infrastructure services leveraging Microsoft Intune
  • Develop and maintain franchise management configuration procedures; contribute to and maintain system standards and documentation
  • Oversee franchise management system to ensure integrity and advancement of system other critical applications and systems
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of franchise management system and data analysis systems, as well as other critical Culver Franchising System applications and systems using various monitoring and alerting toolsets
  • Document and leverage new features and functions of franchise management system
  • Collaborate with IT team and across departments to configure, implement and advance franchise management system
  • Collaborate with other senior IT Team Members and business users to aid in the gathering of requirements and creation of technology solutions that integrate with franchise management systems
  • Advance project management principles through actively participating in cross functional project teams
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain positive business relationships with all franchise management system team members and Culver’s support team
  • Actively participate in the discovery process to determine business technology requirements and assist cross functional team members throughout the process
  • Assist in the development and implementation of information technology policies and procedures
  • Research and recommend innovative approaches to automate system administration tasks
Manage, track, and resolve incidents for Culver Franchising System Team Members to provide exceptional service and effective resolutions
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge, and apply best practices with advancements in technology
  • College or university or equivalent degree in technology related field
  • Minimum 8 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in the retail or food service industries
  • Experience in configuring and testing software applications
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills
  • Experience as an active member of cross functional work groups
  • Ability to concentrate on a variety of tasks defined tasks with moderate guidance
  • High level of organizational and project management skills to handle assignments in a timely manner, with moderate supervision
