As a result of continued growth we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our global team. You will play a fundamental role in providing specialist End User Computing, Desktop build/engineering, Provisioning, and Deployment capability to the team to support the business.

Enterprise Technology are responsible for providing technology services to the IQ-EQ regions including Core Infrastructure/Hosting, Network, End User Computing, and Identity. To support direction and growth, the team requires a breadth and depth of skills and experience to respond to the demands of a growing business whilst maintaining availability of our core systems

You will possess a strong technical ability, as well as ability to work together with global and regional teams, primarily focused on End user Computing, Lifecycle Management, and Deployment technologies.

You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritise tasks that contribute to the delivery of project workstreams, BAU activities, and response to problems or issues. You will have the ability to work together with colleagues based all over the globe both within the Enterprise Technology team and across Workplace and End user support teams.

You will be tenacious and passionate, with the ability to take ownership of tasks whilst managing your time effectively, and prioritising these to meet deadlines. You will maintain excellent attention to detail and have a logical approach to solving problems under pressure and an active communicator on technical issues that affect client delivery.

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
• Microsoft Azure Certified (Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Autopilot, OneDrive)
• ITIL v3 Foundation

Experience of the following is highly desired, however, training is also provided:

• Strong expertise in SCCM and Intune
• Proven experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows (AD, Exchange, O365, File-DFS, clustering) & Linux based environments.
• Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Citrix)
• Good security and networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP): Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as System Engineer in development and management of a mission critical environment with 24/7/365 availability requirements.
• You will initially be responsible for the design, test and deployment of Autopilot to provide a zero-touch continued deployment and management capability
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Environments
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager Experience including but not limited to Autopilot provisioning for AD Joined devices
• Experience of working in a complex, multi-country professional services, financial services or BPO organisation with complex processing requirements
• Multi-country experience and demonstrates an ability to work in a multi-cultural, talented, and demanding team environment.
• Possess the skills and the personality to operate effectively in a very fast-paced complex global business with an in-depth knowledge of program management
