As an Infusion Home Care RN with the Johns Hopkins Home Care Group, you will have a unique opportunity to work within a collaborative culture at an agency with a 5-star patient satisfaction rating. Working with our interdisciplinary team of specialists, you'll provide high-quality care that is focused on the patient and their family. Our management team will be your advocate, helping to remove any barriers you may face and ensuring your professional development and safety.

As an Infusion Nurse, you will deliver safe and effective patient care by utilizing the nursing process. You will provide ongoing skilled infusion services to a group of patients under the direction of nursing leadership and with guidance from the interdisciplinary team. Your role involves conducting complete holistic assessments for patients, administering IV access care, providing therapy-specific clinical guidelines, patient-specific nursing treatments, and educating patients and their families. You will use evidence-based practice and an interdisciplinary approach in all aspects of a patient's plan of care. As a JHHCG employee, you will comply with all policies and procedures and maintain practice within the Maryland Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements:
BSN required or matriculating to a BSN degree or higher within 2 years of hire
Mid-line Certification preferred
Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice
Current BLS certification
Current state-issued driver's license and compliance with applicable Seat Belt Law
Current auto insurance

Experience:
Minimum of two years of hospital experience as a practicing nurse (ICU or specialty unit preferred)

Infusion nursing experience preferred, but not required
