Location: Bluffton, SC and Beaufort SC

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $2,000 per month with a great opportunity for bonus pay

We are the Keller Williams Realty Elite Group seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, utilizing persuasive and confident communication skills to close deals, and leveraging your data management expertise to track and report key metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and the Elite Group
  • Utilizing persuasive and confident communication skills to set appointments for real estate agents
  • Managing data to track key metrics
  • Creating and implementing effective lead generation and follow up systems
  • Staying organized and productive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Report to the group director and work closely to grow the business

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Energetic and proactive attitude
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong persuasive and postive sales skills
  • Confident and self-assured in a sales role
  • Expertise in data management and analysis
  • Growth-minded with a passion for achieving results
  • Familiar with the general communities of Beaufort, Bluffton and HHI

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Marketing, Cold Calling or a related field
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with diverse hours
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude

The role of an Inside Sales Agent with this Elite real estate team is to drive sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with potential real estate clients, utilizing persuasive and confident communication skills to set appointments, and leveraging data management expertise to track and analyze key metrics. Inside Sales Agents are responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound calls, sending texts and emails to potential customers, qualifying leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel to the point of appointment and beyond. They work closely with real estate agents and report directly to the group director. Ultimately, the goal of an Inside Sales Agent with the Elite Group is to hit sales targets on a consistent basis and provide exceptional service to potential real estate clients.

Pay: $24,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
