Description:
As an Inside Sales Associate- ESPRIT, you will be working with our existing Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence customers by maintaining, promoting, and selling the Esprit Software Maintenance Program along with our Esprit products and services. You will also work closely with our Regional Sales Managers and Application Engineers to better understand our products and customer needs.

Description:
As an Inside Sales Associate- ESPRIT, you will be working with our existing Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence customers by maintaining, promoting, and selling the Esprit Software Maintenance Program along with our Esprit products and services. You will also work closely with our Regional Sales Managers and Application Engineers to better understand our products and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding our Esprit products and services for promoting/quoting
- Maintaining the Esprit Software Support Program through customer loyalty & continued renewals
- Developing long term relationships with customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and software requirements
- Qualifying sales opportunities from the beginning of the quoting process, to closing and continued customer follow up
- Understanding the sales pipeline and needs for each individual customer
- Demonstrating passion and eagerness for your and the company’s success!
- Assist with data migration from one sales database to another
- Assist with order entry and account maintenance
- 1-2 Years professional experience (new grads welcome)
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Promotional and convincing phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work M-F, 8am - 5pm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
