The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The candidate must possess and demonstrate the ability to grow in an expanding market. They must also have the ability to generate new sales opportunities, as well as, track and maintain the customer lead throughout the sales cycle. Previous demonstrated and successful experience working as an Inside Sales & Business Development Representative is a must.

Inside Sales Representative at Jan-Pro of the Triad (Greensboro Office)
*NOT a REMOTE POSITION*

This position is compensated with a BASE + COMMISSION structure, and directly benefits from sales growth, with unlimited up-side.

Jan-Pro is a leading commercial cleaning company that provides high-quality cleaning services to businesses across the United States and Canada. Jan-Pro of the Triad is seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Business Development professional, to join our team and be a major contributor to the the growth of our business.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing Business Development strategies to generate brand awareness, opportunities for new business, as well as expanded service offerings to existing clients. You will work closely with each member of our Business Development & Sales team to identify and target potential clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and to collectively create qualified opportunities to close deals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute OUTBOUND sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts

- Identify and target potential clients through research, cold-calling, focused email campaigns and networking

- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders and create Jan Pro brand awareness for future follow-up.

- Create & Manage detailed & accurate prospect/client interaction data using our core CRM & Sales Pipeline platforms.

- Learn & Maintain a current knowledge base of our service offerings & market leading value proposition.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop, implement, and track targeted business development plans & goals.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in inside sales / business development or a related experience

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.......must possess the ability to be an attentive listener

- Strong ability to deliver a value proposition to a prospective client

- Strong ability to differentiate a qualified/warm prospect from a marginal/cold prospect

- High proficiency using CRM Platforms, Microsoft Office, email, and other digital communication and data management tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry is a plus

The ideal candidate will be successful by being professional, reliable, and able to follow through on the Jan-Pro sales process. It is imperative that this team member be comfortable with taking direction while working as a member of a team, adhering to required calling & outreach activity, reporting, data entry and follow up processes, all while generating productive appointments & opportunities, by successfully responding to and overcoming objections, and gathering information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
