About the Role:
A critical factor in a successful launch will be building a large, varied, and engaged community of vehicle owners. This goal will require working to deeply understand our owner base, educating them on the earnings potential of Carshare, and building their engagement on the platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the US&C Carshare business as we launch from scratch.
What You'll Do
The Carshare Sales Associate is accountable for driving owner and vehicle growth through lead generation and outbound sales.
- Prepare a go-to market plan and sales strategy; prospect potential clients conduct rigorous follow up to close deals.
- Prospect and close new opportunities
- Plan and execute sales strategy.
- Probe for objections, remove obstacles and eliminate barriers to gain commitment.
- Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing etc.
- Create documents like process playbooks, performance trackers etc.
Here are the skills were looking for:
- 1-3 years of B2B solution sales experience, full closing role, new business acquisition
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM
- Entrepreneur: Highly motivated individual who can work without continuous supervision and be responsible of all aspects of business in his/her territory
- Ability to prioritize selling activities and follows through in a timely fashion
- A team player with a pleasant disposition and humility to learn
