Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Work with key contractors that concentrate on multi-family HVAC, to develop relationships with them to seek opportunities to quote, sell and handle all aspects of post-sale order management and coordination.
• Job Quotation, Estimating
• Answering Phones
• Receive, Enter, and Track Orders
• Assist and support the Inside Sales team with quoting commercial HVAC equipment and assisting with commercial order management when required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous Sales Experience
• Business Writing Skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Microsoft Office Software
• Workload Prioritization

• Familiarity with Hydronic Systems, Pumps and Controls

Job Type: Full-time
