As an Inside Sales Representative, you are a professional who aids in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Building the original agreement on the details of the client’s custom project with Sellvia, while advising them on products or services that best fit their needs and offer new business opportunities. Following effective communication strategies, coordinating between different teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of projects, setting objectives and goals, and managing schedules and budgets.

Position considers communication only with clients who already paid for Sellvia Custom Developed service and are looking forward to growing, scaling up, and increasing their profits. Sellvia has a lot to offer, therefore, building a long-term report with the client and upselling him on the following business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Custom Project Development onboarding calls
  • Manage all the incoming questions and requests from prospective customers (mostly by Zoom, Phone, and email)
  • Guide customers on the options and opportunities of running a successful online business
  • Provide them with the best possible offer to fit their needs
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that improves loyalty and strengthens the brand
  • Building affiliate referral relationships with the clients
  • Stay current with the industry’s latest technologies and trends as well as the brand’s constantly growing eCommerce solutions list
  • Meet or exceed key performance goals, including sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the eCommerce industry
  • Participating in team meetings along with taking part in any kind of training provided by management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (English)
  • Marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy) work experience and/or familiarity preferred, but not necessary
  • Call center or customer service experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Good knowledge of sales and closing techniques
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, to take initiative and responsibility
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Readiness to work full-time (40 hours per week) onsite at Sellvia office in Irvine, California

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
