This is an on-site role.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and scale a team of outsourced Inside Sales Executives to create a predictable sales pipeline and launch opportunities.
  • Opportunity to grow your own team in our brand-new Global Centre of Excellence in Dundalk, Ireland!
  • Drive operational and performance excellence across three sales motions: Inbound, Outbound and Full Cycle sales, with a focus on driving improved conversion rates, pipeline rigour and reduced sales cycles.
  • Motivate, coach, manage and the performance of a growing team of 10+ sales representatives.
  • Develop the medium- and long-term strategic plan for Regional and European demand generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on planning, execution, measurement and optimisation.

    What we're looking for:
  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical, project management, written and oral communications skills
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment and can work proactively and autonomously in an evolving role
  • Strong knowledge and experience in a high-volume role with good understanding of sales motions and GTM
  • Proven track record of successfully building and coaching sales processes while exceeding targets in a target driven environment
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B space, with strong preference towards experience in SaaS at high growth and/or technology-driven companies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside the company
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Great sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of various sales methodologies such as BANT', Question Based Selling, Solution Selling etc. will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge or any background in IT Management Software sales will be a great advantage
  • Go-getter, or a self-motivated person
