Job Description – Installation Specialist

We are a family owned and operated company providing affordable, durable, and practical flooring solutions in the Northern Colorado and Denver areas.

Summary:

Installation specialists work under the supervision of the Owner and Operator (s) and Installation Expert. The Installation Specialist performs full preparation and installation of Polyaspartic Flooring Systems and/or Coval Sealer Systems in residential and commercial settings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Reliable transportation to the job site is required.
• Demonstrate timeliness, reliability, and time management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate professional communication with the team and customers.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and work cooperatively with the team.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate via email and text.
• Demonstrate the ability to properly utilize personal protective equipment including, but not limited to, gloves, respirators, and knee pads.
• Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and lift 40+ pounds without assistance.
• General knowledge of the use and safety of common tools and chemicals.
• Demonstrate cleanliness and organizational skills.

Education and Qualifications:

Highschool diploma/GED/equivalent preferred.

No education, certificates, or field experience required.

Job-specific training is provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
