What YOU’LL be responsible for:

• Install new garage doors and/or garage door openers for residential customers.
• Overtime, you will learn how to install epoxy and polyapartic flooring, custom cabinets, and racks.
• Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch and with your partner to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer.
• Participate in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies
• Identify, report, and educate the homeowner on potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services)
• Performing physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and installing garage doors, garage door openers, moving and lifting other heavy objects, and often climbing on a ladder while working.

Qualifications:

• Good driving record and current valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Must comply with Welborn standards – clean-cut, uniforms, etc.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders, work from heights.

Pay Rage:

• 42k to 52k a year- Hourly plus Bonus with the opportunity to advance.
