We are hiring Fence Installers in Springville, UT. The position is Monday thru Friday hours typically from 8 am to 5 pm but can vary. Contact Kelly.

Training: Our excellent training program helps our employees build up their skills. As you level up in expertise, your position and pay will also increase. We pay based on your level of skill and help you advance quickly. No fence experience is required to begin.

Responsibilities: Lift to 80lbs, dig holes, work with hand tools, large equipment, and fence materials. Set and assemble vinyl fences and work as a team on each job. Be reliable and on time to work every day. Finish the job quickly with quality work. Be able to handle harsh weather conditions as you will be exposed to the outdoors all day long.

Skills: Be hard-working and honest. Good at communication and problem-solving skills. Have great attention to detail. Has the ability to be a leader and stay calm in high-stress situations. Works well with others and is respectful and professional. Always strives to have a positive attitude.

Experience: Some fence, construction, or landscape experience is preferred, but not required.

Education: A High School degree or GED is required, but no college education is needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
