We are seeking an Insurance Account Manager to join our team! We are an independent personal & commercial lines agency. You will be responsible for working enthusiastically and compassionately with customers day-in and day-out by phone and in person. Experience with a prior captive or independent agency in personal and commercial lines is desired. Starting pay will highly be dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services we offer
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems independently
• Document and process changes to policies as requested
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Cross sell products and issue new policies
• Be able to work in our office from 8:30AM-5PM

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the Insurance industry
• Property & Casualty insurance license. If not licensed, agency will help you obtain
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
