440, 2044, or 220 license required. Home and Auto experience preferred. Professional, customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. The CSR is responsible for developing and maintaining positive working relationships with our clients, vendors, and employees. Phone and email communication skills and data entry skills needed. Friendly demeanor and ability to work in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Answer questions about products and services that customers have already purchased.
• Answer customer questions about renewals, etc.
• Conduct numerous insurance transactions.
• Listen to customers' concerns and respond appropriately.
• Be friendly and approachable.
• Data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
