We are growing & looking for a motivated & outgoing individual to join our team at our Durango location. We are an energetic and committed team that loves protecting our customers. We are looking for someone that also loves helping people and that is looking for someone that is looking for a long term career path.
This role will handle incoming insurance service & sales needs, with the goal of helping us grow our business & provide the best customer experience possible for all our customers.
Role is available as an entry level or a mid-level position, depending on relevant job experience.
Must obtain Property & Casualty License within 45 days, we pay for study & training time!
Salary Range: $35000.00 - $46000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Process inbound service needs:
- Payments
- Policy questions, changes, or additions
- Process inbound sales needs
- New & current clients
- Cross- sell existing clients on regular basis
- Collect info, quote, present, & sell policies, and endorsements as deemed appropriate per agency standards and client needs
- Assist agency on various service & marketing projects as needed
- NO outbound sales our outside marketing for this role
Requirements
- Must obtain Property & Casualty License within 45 day (we pay for study materials & study time)
- Must live within 30 minutes of Durango
- General computers skills & typing ability required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Fast Learner & great note taker
- Outgoing & positive attitude
