Production
Underwriter position for our nationwide E&S Binding Authority Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance division, Amwins Access.

Each Underwriter is a vital member of our teams, providing:
- Successfully create and manage a profitable book of new and renewal business
- Prospect for new business by developing relationships with retail agents through both traditional and creative marketing strategies
- Remain up to date with new insurance companies' offers and how to leverage them
- Prospect for new business markets and/or lines to write with sales techniques based in trust and relationship building
- Mentor and train new team members
We are looking for people with:
- Minimum 3 years of E&S binding authority experience
- Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred
- Knowledge of the sales process and pipeline management
- Ability to travel
- Licensed preferred
