Location: This position is based in Cambridge and remote, with the majority of work being remote. However candidate must be able to commute around Cambridge area if needed.
Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00/hour
Schedule: full-time, 40 hours per week.

The Recovery Support Navigator:

• Engages individuals as they present in the treatment system and support them in accessing treatment services and community resources.
• Provides care navigation services to assist in treatment engagement, education and support throughout the continuum of care and can be initiated at any time during treatment.
• Will work with individuals seeking treatment and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community to promote optimal care.

This position will work with identified community partners per contract, to include Community Based Health Centers, Public Health Commissions, Community Partner programs, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services related field or discipline, Or LADC, Or has a recognized certification and/or licensure for the target population to work with, Or sufficient experience and training in counseling and meets regulatory requirements
• Active drivers license
• COVID 19 vaccination required - initial inoculations plus one booster
• Annual flu shot required
