This mid-career level 3 position provides planning/scheduling support for the Strategic Planning and Proposals team on the F-35 program. Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of schedules. Candidate will also integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and quality control. This position will be an active participant in the evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices and will be instrumental in the resultant remediation activities upon identification of gaps.
Position is fully remote. however Domestic/International Travel may be required <10%

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $85,900 - $161,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
- Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
- Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan and/or Microsoft Project
- Experience with Milestones Professional
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience delivering project briefings to leadership and/or stakeholders.
