South Maui Gardens' Interiorscape Team is looking for help!

Do you love making indoor spaces look beautiful and arranging plants? Then we are looking for you! We support interior quality plants for restaurants, hotels, and homes from Makena to Lahaina.

We are currently seeking one part-time OR full-time employee to help service our plants in our West Side locations.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Driving your own vehicle with company property, watering, trimming, dusting and changing out plants, carting water tanks and other materials, lifting and moving heavy plants (as needed), and occasional communication with clients.

To qualify for this position, you must:

• Pay close attention to detail
• Have a valid driver's license and be insurable
• Have reliable transportation to the jobsite, depending on the job
• Have excellent verbal communication skills
• Have a professional demeanor and appearance, including adhering to a dress code
• Be willing to start your day early (typical work day can start at 5:30-6:00am)
• Be willing to work holidays, as needed
• Be willing and able to climb ladders with safety in mind
• Be able to lift and move heavy objects each day, as needed
• Be highly self-motivated; able to work alone
• Must be flexible with day to day activities, but generally will have same weekly schedule

Verifiable experience and references in interiors with a reputable company is a plus.

Benefits for full-time employees and those working more than 20 hours per week include: up to 9 paid holidays per year, employer paid medical with optional dental, vision, and FSA, 401(k) plan eligible after 6 months.
