We are looking for a bright, highly motivated, energetic, and creative professional to join our Consulting Marketing team to support execution of communications priorities that foster education, engagement and connectivity within and across our networks.

Work You'll Do

You will work closely with our internal communications team as well as business stakeholders to coordinate communications efforts in support of driving Deloitte Consulting's growth strategy. Your work will involve:
  • Developing and delivering impactful content designed around storytelling principles to drive meaningful engagement with internal audiences
  • Collaborating and aligning with communications leads / managers and internal stakeholders to activate and cascade priority messages and campaigns across network channels
  • Collecting and analyzing data to support internal stakeholders in understanding performance of communications' tactics; making recommendation to adjust strategies and enhance approaches in an agile fashion based on performance benchmarks and KPIs
  • Ideating and exploring creative and innovative approaches to engage and / or target internal audiences
  • Managing intranet site content and design strategy and execution; ensuring content is performing and adjusting accordingly
  • Identifying and operationalizing opportunities to drive process efficiencies and overall team effectiveness
  • Maintaining critical communications operations documents and processes (e.g., distribution lists, editorial calendar, channel guides, etc.)
  • Contributing to a high-performing team by sharing best practices / lessons learned and team "wins" across communications, marketing, and business stakeholders / cohorts in support of communications excellence across the organization
  • Investigating and piloting technologies designed to enhance the impact of the internal communications organization

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, business, English, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,935- $133,330.

  • Project and time-management expertise with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects / campaigns while remaining focused on details and meeting deadlines
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization, large corporate setting, or professional services organization
