International Business Analyst

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst. Based in our office in Dublin, Ireland and reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the following:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • To manage Business Intelligence & Analytics reporting projects from kick-off, right through to transition-to-operations phase with our internal clients

  • Establishment of international KPI dashboards for Management Business Reviews (MBRs)

  • To manage the technical, business and change management elements of the relationship with internal clients & stakeholders for the entire lifecycle of the creation of business intelligence solutions including risk/issues management and root cause follow-up

  • To lead measurement phase of strategic projects to improve business processes for the end to end Customer Experience

  • To represent the latest business intelligence & analytics technology platforms and tools to leadership to enhance performance optimization & capability

  • To develop predictive analytics capability within the BI&A group by leveraging inferential statistically techniques and data science techniques such as machine learning

  • To develop a Customer centric feedback & listening system and to uncover unmet latent Customer needs around business intelligence & analytics for future development & deployment

  • To partner with Business Intelligence community to ensure overlaps & interfaces between BI&A & IT groups are managed seamlessly

  • Delivery of key BI&A key strategic milestones vs. project commitments

  • Delivery of management reporting in the form of daily/weekly/monthly management reports and online Dashboards.

  • Perform ad hoc data analysis to transform raw data into management information

  • Design, create & operate reports and reporting tools which assist the EMEA Commercial Operations organization in their decision making

  • To streamline business intelligence solutions through automation, continuous improvement & lean management techniques where possible

  • Assist the Commercial Operations organization with deep dive reporting analytics and provide them with relevant supporting data as necessary

  • Constantly improve reporting mechanisms where possible through researching best practices and leading improvement efforts/projects, automation, etc. Learning and mastering both new and existing systems from other areas of the business, as well as rolling out best practices across the organisation

  • Lead and participate in Commercial Operations related projects for all areas of the business as and when required

Qualifications & experience

  • Languages: fluency in English both oral and written, is a must;

  • Educated to degree level in Maths, Business, Computer, Information Technology or Engineering or related field would be desirable

  • Supply Chain & Customer Care experience within a Commercial Operations setting is desirable

  • 2-4 or more years proven experience within a Business Analyst role

  • Green/Yellow belt would be an advantage

  • Experience in Machine Learning and Data Science

  • Experienced Microsoft Office User, Advanced Excel including knowledge of macros and pivot tables, Access, R, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Power Query, Power Pivot, Tableau, PowerPoint & report automation techniques

  • Proven track record of delivery of business intelligence solutions through project management and change management frameworks

  • Knowledge of SAP and Access as well as other analytical tools

  • Previous experience of working within a customer care environment focused on business improvements; Lean, OpEx etc.

  • Extensive analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail required

  • Proactive contributor and Customer focused

  • Looks outside the box for solutions, improvements, finding new best practices and implementing them etc.

  • Experience in Customer Care/Supply & Health Care industry an advantage

  • Works effectively and efficiently within a complex matrix organisation

  • Works well & collaborates within an International Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) team environment

  • Displays high level of professional competency and models behaviours based on our values

  • Comfortable communicating verbally and in written format to Manager level and above within the organisation
