An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Human Resources team as an Administrator for International Recruitment and Onboarding. Working closely with the Immigration Lead and the wider Talent Acquisition team, this role provides highly ambitious and motivated candidates with the opportunity to become a key part of an established team. This will be both a challenging and fulfilling opportunity with the potential to develop your range of skills significantly in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Update and manage data on International visa tracking system
  • Assist with pre-screening employment checks on all new hires to the firm
  • Working as part of a team in delivering immigration support and advice
  • Point of contact for a range of employees, managing their case from initial enquiry through to resolution
  • Responsible for initiating and reviewing employment permit applications and entry visa applications under supervision of the Immigration Lead
  • Coordinate the on boarding of new hires, including coordination and scheduling of the bi-weekly induction programme
  • Creation and maintenance of soft copy employee files
  • Process recruitment related invoices and liaise with Finance department to ensure timely payment
  • Maintain and update HR System as appropriate, ensuring the integrity of all HR data
  • Act as point of contact for the coordination of relocation services, ensuring an 'excellent new joiner experience'
  • Support the wider HR team with key HR projects and other ad hoc duties as required
  • Run Workday reports and take ownership of international reporting
  • Analyse case management data to establish best practices and identify pitfalls in current workflows to improve and develop protocols and process flows
Skills and attributes:
  • Third level qualification, preferably in HR or other related discipline
  • 6-12 months experience as a HR/Recruitment Administrator is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
  • Excellent administration skills with strong working knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • High levels of professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
