Responsibilities
Working in the CRM to manage incoming internet leads, making sure that they are getting tended to
Working in the CRM making sure that our lease customers are getting contacted and followed up with
Working in Automotive Mastermind, a predictor software, making sure salespeople are completing their tasks
Working with our 3rd party BDC company relative to internet leads
Train, coach and mentor salespeople on effective communication, time management, closing tactics, etc. as it relates to internet leads and the lease portfolio
