We currently have an exciting opportunity as an Inventory Control Coordinator.
This role is based in our Charlotte NC Distribution Center, and reports to the Distribution Center Manager.

Job purpose:
The Inventory Control Coordinator ensures that the company has all products, materials, equipment, and supplies they need to operate efficiently in ways that are aligned to established policies and standards. These activities are to be conducted while ensuring and maximizing safety, product quality, production output, housekeeping, and cost control to achieve Distribution Center goals.
Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for reviewing all Cycle Counts Daily and Investigate and troubleshooting variances
  • Participate in the Creation/Update of procedural SOPs when required to help prevent future inventory discrepancies
  • Report weekly cycle count results
  • Delegate cycle count requests to research and resolve customer complaints
  • Filing all documents keeps records on all inventory adjustments
  • Helps conduct and participate in our Annual Inventory
  • Ability to work occasional overtime
  • Participates in daily validation of pipe and fittings production
  • Research all inbound inventory discrepancies
  • Monitors, track and troubleshoots all RF gun and Remote Printer
Experience and Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Must have the ability to use basic hand tools, operate a forklift and knowledgeable on RF processes.
  • Solid Understanding of Microsoft Office Excel, in addition to Outlook and Word as well.
